To qualify public administration cadres capable of effectively and efficiently manage public organizations.

• Academic Background: A full-time bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Administrative Sciences, or relevant disciplines from an accredited university.
• Minimum GPA: At least an “Above Average” (3.25/5.0) or equivalent.
• Standardized Tests: A minimum score of 70 in the General Aptitude Test (Qudurat).
• Departmental Exam: Successful completion of a written examination administered by the department.
• Language Proficiency: English proficiency tests (e.g., IELTS/TOEFL) are generally not required for the standard MPA track, though some sources mention them for specific international or academic initiatives.
