Program Description
- Scientific Application: Ability to identify and explain physiological principles, including bioenergetics, cardiovascular responses, and the impact of training on human systems.
- Assessment Skills: Proficiency in using laboratory equipment to assess body composition, muscular fitness, and aerobic capacity.
- Program Design: Competence in developing personalized exercise prescriptions and strength and conditioning programs for both healthy individuals and special populations.
- Critical Thinking: Ability to use the scientific method to solve problems in exercise science and critically evaluate peer-reviewed research.
- Professional Ethics: Demonstrating integrity and professional responsibility in healthcare, fitness, and sports environments.
To finish successfully the preparatory year with cumulative average at least 3.0 out of 5.
To pass the interview.
