Program Description
The program aims to develop advanced professional and analytical competencies in its graduates:
Strategic Mastery: Ability to design and implement human resource practices that align with organizational strategic planning to influence overall effectiveness.
Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Proficiency in identifying, diagnosing, and solving behavioral problems in the workplace using advanced theoretical foundations.
Research & Data Proficiency: Competence in quantitative and qualitative research, including empirical design, statistical analysis, and data-driven decision-making.
Ethical & Legal Governance: Mastery of the legal working environment in KSA and the ability to make judgments based on ethical and social responsibility.
Technical Integration: Ability to leverage Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) to build and manage HR data requirements

The applicant must hold a bachelor’s degree through the regular or distance (affiliation) system from King Saud University or from any other recognized institution, with a minimum grade of Good.

The applicant must obtain a minimum score of 4.5 in the IELTS Academic test or its equivalent.

The applicant must have at least three (3) years of professional experience.
