Program Description

It is a professional graduate program—often utilized as an Executive Master—designed to prepare specialized leaders for the local and global labor market.

The program aims to develop advanced professional and analytical competencies in its graduates:

Strategic Mastery: Ability to design and implement human resource practices that align with organizational strategic planning to influence overall effectiveness.

Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Proficiency in identifying, diagnosing, and solving behavioral problems in the workplace using advanced theoretical foundations.

Research & Data Proficiency: Competence in quantitative and qualitative research, including empirical design, statistical analysis, and data-driven decision-making.

Ethical & Legal Governance: Mastery of the legal working environment in KSA and the ability to make judgments based on ethical and social responsibility.

Technical Integration: Ability to leverage Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) to build and manage HR data requirements

  • The applicant must hold a bachelor’s degree through the regular or distance (affiliation) system from King Saud University or from any other recognized institution, with a minimum grade of Good.

  • The applicant must obtain a minimum score of 4.5 in the IELTS Academic test or its equivalent.

  • The applicant must have at least three (3) years of professional experience.
