Program Description
Develop critical thinking, inventiveness, and innovation, master principles of entrepreneurial thinking, gain exposure to entrepreneurial ecosystem through expert visits and regionally relevant case studies.
High school diploma or equivalent, English proficiency test (IELTS/TOEFL), personal essay, two recommendation letters, must be enrolled in a major at the university
Requirements
The Entrepreneurship minor requires completion of five courses (15 credit hours) as follows:
Students must take the following four courses:
BADM 203/2001 – Introduction to Business (3 cr.)
ENTR 303/3201 – Principles of Entrepreneurial Finance (3 cr.)
ENTR 413/4102 – Entrepreneurship and Innovation (3 cr.)
MKTG 302/2101 – Principles of Marketing (3 cr.)
In addition, students choose one of the following elective courses:
ENTR 417/4301 – Entrepreneurship Lab: Developing and Launching a New Venture (3 cr.)
ENTR 419/4303 – Social Entrepreneurship (3 cr.)
ENTR 000/4503 – Digital Strategy (3 cr.)
ENTR 418/4302 – Corporate Entrepreneurship (3 cr.)
ENTR 420/4501 – Family Business (3 cr.)
ENTR 421/4502 – Innovaton and Technology (3 cr.)
