Program Description
- Advanced Analytical Skills: Developing the ability to analyze complex administrative challenges and formulate innovative solutions with improved efficiency and transparency.
- Expert Research Capability: Gaining deep expertise in conducting original research, using biostatistics or other specialized tools, and evaluating evidence-based practices.
- Theoretical & Ethical Mastery: Ethically applying major theories of public policy and administration within organizational contexts and contributing original knowledge to the field.
- Leadership & Communication: Excellence in teaching, leadership, and communicating effectively within multi-disciplinary teams and diverse populations.
The applicant must have a master’s degree in public administration, administrative sciences, or other disciplines related to regularity (non-executive) with a grade of at least very good or its equivalent if it is from a university that grants it with a grade.
A minimum score of (5.5) in the (IELTS) test or its equivalent.
The applicant must have a score of not less than (80) in the general aptitude tests for university students.
Pass the personal interview and written tests set by the department.
Work experience of at least two years.
