Program Description

Understanding basic principles of law and applying theoretical legal knowledge to practical cases and working according to professional and ethical rules

  1. Identifies the fundamental principles of law and its various branches.

  2. Interprets UAE laws in accordance with proper methods of interpretation.

  3. Analyzes legislative texts and UAE judicial rulings.

  4. Applies theoretical legal knowledge to practical cases.

  5. Conducts scientific research following legal research methodologies.

  6. Drafts contracts, pleadings, memoranda, and judicial judgments in proper legal language.

  7. Speaks confidently and fluently before an audience using appropriate legal language.

  8. Utilizes information technology to accomplish assigned tasks.

  9. Works effectively within a team to complete various tasks.

  10. Performs assigned duties in accordance with professional and ethical standards.

UAE High School Certificate with 80% for Scientific Track or 90% for General Track, English proficiency (IELTS 5.0 or TOEFL 500 or EmSAT 1100), pass Mathematics and Sciences exam with 800 or higher
