Program Description
The Master’s program in Law aims to equip graduates with the following skills and capabilities:

- In terms of capacity, graduates can interpret legal texts, judicial judgments, and jurisprudential theories with a scholarly approach and a critical perspective.
- In terms of type, they can extract legal principles from various sources to formulate accurate solutions for legal disputes.
- Intellectual Skills (Mental or Cognitive):
- In terms of scope, graduates can analyze, interpret, and evaluate legislative texts, judicial judgments, jurisprudential theories, and provide commentary.
- In terms of choice, they can evaluate different legislative, judicial, and jurisprudential approaches within the UAE’s legal system and comparative legal systems.
- Competence Aspects (Specialization):
- In terms of independence and responsibility, graduates prepare research, reports, and legal memos using correct legal language and an appropriate scholarly approach.
- In terms of self-development, they master self-learning mechanisms and utilize modern technologies for information retrieval.

- In terms of their role in the context, they work as part of a professional team, maintaining objectivity and impartiality.
