Program Description

The program offers in-depth education and advanced research in plant sciences, focusing on innovative technology and national and international partnerships. Students are trained to apply plant science principles to environmental challenges and conduct independent research projects that promote sustainable resource management.

  • Provide high-quality, in-depth education and advanced scientific research in the fields of Microbiology and its applications.

  • Cultivate an innovative academic and administrative environment capable of attracting top-tier graduates, faculty, and researchers.

  • Promote strategic relationships with national and international academic institutions and research centers in the fields of plant sciences.

  • Maximize the integration of modern technology in education and scientific research within the fields of plant sciences.

1- The admission requirements stipulated in the Unified Graduate Studies Statutes for Saudi universities.
2- The candidate should hold a Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc.) in Botany or Microbiology from King Saud University or an equivalent degree with a grade not less than C (good).
3- The candidate must pass a test and a personal interview.
4- The candidate must have the approval of the employer.
5- The admission is for full- time registration.
6 – The candidate must pass any supplementary courses deemed necessary by the Department’s Council.
