* Academic Admission Requirements

Your minimum grade threshold depends directly on the high school curriculum you completed.

For the UAE Al-Thanawiyya Al-Aama curriculum, students are not eligible for the Advanced Entry (3-Year Track) and must apply for the Direct Entry (4-Year Track). Applicants need a minimum of 70% in the Elite/Advanced Track or 75% in the General Track.

For the American High School Diploma, applicants to the Advanced Entry (3-Year Track) must achieve an average grade of C (70% or 2.5/4.0) in addition to an SAT score of 1100. For the Direct Entry (4-Year Track), applicants need an average grade of C (70% or 2.5/4.0).

For the British GCE (A-Levels) curriculum, applicants to the Advanced Entry (3-Year Track) must complete a minimum of five IGCSE/GCSE subjects with at least Grade D, in addition to three A-Levels with grades CCD (Year 13). For the Direct Entry (4-Year Track), applicants must complete a minimum of five IGCSE/GCSE subjects with at least Grade D, along with either two AS-Levels or one A-Level with at least Grade D.

For the International Baccalaureate (IB), applicants need a minimum of 25 points overall for the Advanced Entry (3-Year Track) and 21 points overall for the Direct Entry (4-Year Track).

For the Indian CBSE / ICSE (Grade 12) curriculum, applicants need a score of 10.5 calculated from positional grades for the Advanced Entry (3-Year Track) and a score of 7 calculated from positional grades for the Direct Entry (4-Year Track).


* English Language Proficiency Requirements

If English is not your first language, you must meet the following minimum score requirements.

For IELTS Academic, applicants to the Advanced Entry (3-Year Track) must achieve an overall score of 6.0, with a minimum of 6.0 in Reading and Writing and 5.0 in Listening and Speaking. Applicants to the Direct Entry (4-Year Track) need an overall score of 5.0.

For TOEFL iBT, applicants to the Advanced Entry (3-Year Track) must achieve an overall score of 79, including a minimum of 18 in Reading and Writing and 16 in Listening and Speaking. Applicants to the Direct Entry (4-Year Track) need an overall score of 40.

For Pearson Test of English (PTE) Academic, applicants to the Advanced Entry (3-Year Track) must achieve an overall score of 54, with a minimum of 54 in all communicative skills. Applicants to the Direct Entry (4-Year Track) need an overall score of 42.
