Program Description

Effective individual management is crucial for any thriving organisation. Through the training in psychological science, provided by our Bachelor of Psychological Science (Human Resource Management) program, you will acquire the expertise and interpersonal skills needed to manage an organisation’s most valuable asset – its people. The program encompasses topics such as employment relations, workplace health and safety, organisational behaviour, and applied psychology.

They will be adept at integrating psychological principles into human resource strategies, ensuring effective personnel management, and fostering a healthy organisational culture. UAE National Curriculum (Al-Thanawiyya)

  • 3-Year Advanced Entry Track
    Direct entry is not available.
  • 4-Year Direct Entry Track
    Elite/Advanced Track: Minimum 70%
    General Track: Minimum 75%

British GCE Curriculum

  • 3-Year Advanced Entry Track
    CCD in three A-Level subjects, plus five IGCSE subjects with a minimum grade of D.
  • 4-Year Direct Entry Track
    D in two AS-Level subjects (or one A-Level subject), plus five IGCSE subjects with a minimum grade of D.

American High School Diploma

  • 3-Year Advanced Entry Track
    Minimum cumulative GPA of C (70% or 2.5 out of 4.0) and an SAT score of 1100.
  • 4-Year Direct Entry Track
    Minimum cumulative GPA of C (70% or 2.5 out of 4.0).

International Baccalaureate (IB)

  • 3-Year Advanced Entry Track
    Minimum of 25 Diploma Points.
  • 4-Year Direct Entry Track
    Minimum of 21 Diploma Points.

CBSE (India)

  • 3-Year Advanced Entry Track
    Minimum positional grade score of 10.5.
  • 4-Year Direct Entry Track
    Minimum positional grade score of 7.

Because Psychology requires advanced academic reading, research, and report-writing skills, English language requirements differ between the 3-Year Advanced Entry Track and the 4-Year Direct Entry Track.

3-Year Advanced Entry Track

  • IELTS Academic: Overall score of 6.5, with a minimum of 6.0 in Reading, Writing, Listening, and Speaking.
  • TOEFL iBT: Overall score of 86, with minimum scores of 18 in Reading and Writing, and 17 in Listening and Speaking.
  • PTE Academic: Overall score of 62.

4-Year Direct Entry Track

  • IELTS Academic: Overall score of 5.0.
  • TOEFL iBT: Overall score of 40.
  • PTE Academic: Overall score of 42.

The first year introduces psychology as a scientific discipline while building skills in critical thinking, research methods, academic writing, and business fundamentals.
