Program Description

The Hospitality Management and Culinary Arts Program has been developed in cooperation with Movenpick Hotels and Resorts to meet the needs of the sector by providing leaders capable of raising high quality standards, hospitality services and culinary arts that meet the high expectations of the tourists and the local community and providing job opportunities for the youth not only locally but also at the regional and global levels .

  • Apply operational techniques across various hospitality sectors, including hotel operations, restaurant management, and food and beverage services.
  • Demonstrate culinary proficiency through hands-on learning in food production, baking, pastries, and the preparation of international and Jordanian cuisines.
  • Manage business operations, including financial management (cost control, budgeting, revenue analysis), human resources, and marketing strategies for the hospitality industry.
  • Lead and manage teams effectively, exhibiting strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills crucial for high-pressure environments.
  • Utilize modern technology and IT tools relevant to the industry, such as AI-driven guest analytics, reservation systems, and virtual reality simulations.
  • Conduct research and analysis of buyer behavior and market trends to make informed, science-based decisions.
  • Practice professional ethics and social responsibility within the industry context.
