Program Description

The program designed to provide a stimulating educational and research environment to prepare specialized and distinguished cadres to work in the various fields of sports and recreational management, and our vision is to lead and excel in this field at the local, regional and global levels.

Graduates are equipped with the following competencies to meet modern labor market needs:
  • Managerial Proficiency: Mastery of theories and practices in human resources, finance, sports economics, and risk management specific to sports environments.
  • Event & Facility Oversight: The ability to plan and manage large-scale sports events and supervise complex recreational facilities.
  • Strategic Marketing: Understanding customer behavior and developing targeted marketing and investment strategies for sports organizations.
  • Technological Integration: Utilizing data collection, analysis, and modern communication tools to solve organizational issues creatively.
  • Professional Leadership: Demonstrating high ethical standards, integrity, and the ability to lead diverse teams effectively in a professional setting.
  • Preparatory Year Completion: Successfully finish the common preparatory year (Humanities Track) with a cumulative GPA of at least 3.0 out of 5.0.
  • Physical Fitness & Skills Test: Pass a standardized test evaluating physical abilities, skills, and posture.
  • Medical Assessment: Be declared medically fit for the program’s physical demands through an official evaluation.
  • Personal Interview: Successfully pass a formal interview conducted by the college’s committee.
  • Competitive GPA: Final admission into the specific track is competitive and depends on available seats and the student’s overall GPA at the end of the common year.
