Program Description
-A. Knowledge and Understanding:
-Familiarity with modern knowledge and information in the field of judicial administration.
– Familiarity with modern scientific terminology of judicial administration.
– Acquire scientific knowledge about judicial administration strategies.
– Identify the international standards for judicial administration.
– B. Mental skills:
– the ability to link and analyze information in dealing with judicial cases.
– The ability to solve problems caused by obstacles in the judicial administration based on the available data and data.
– Linking theory to practice in dealing with variables in judicial administration.
– Using the scientific method to solve problems in the judicial administration.
– The ability to choose the best method for managing judicial organizations.
– Develop multiple skills to draw conclusions to support the decision-making process for the management of the justice sector.
– C. Professional and practical skills:
– Mastering basic and advanced professional skills in judicial administration.
– Apply good professional practices in judicial administration.

In addition to the admission requirements contained in the unified regulations for graduate studies in Saudi universities and the organizational and executive rules and procedures for graduate studies at King Saud University, the Joint Program Council requires the following:
– The applicant must have a bachelor’s degree from a university recognized by the Ministry of Education with a grade of at least (good) in Sharia, jurisprudence, law, law, judicial studies, management, business administration or related disciplines.
– The applicant must have three years of practical experience or work in the judicial or legal field.
