Program Description

The program aims to graduate highly competent and responsible dentists equipped with the necessary scientific knowledge and practical experience to diagnose and treat all oral and dental diseases. It encompasses the study of basic sciences and vital medical sciences required to understand the fundamentals of public health and the general nature of the human body and its diseases. Moreover, the program includes an extensive study of both basic and clinical dental sciences and ensures intensive practical and clinical training in all modern dentistry fields.

Knowledge and Skills Acquisition

  • Comprehensive Knowledge: Obtaining a strong foundation in basic sciences, general medical sciences, and all basic and clinical dental sciences.
  • Clinical Proficiency: Developing practical and clinical experience in all fields of modern dentistry, including restorative dentistry, prosthodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, periodontics, orthodontics, and pediatric dentistry.
  • Diagnostic Abilities: Acquiring the skills to perform comprehensive head, neck, intraoral, and physical examinations, interpret diagnostic images and lab tests, and formulate patient-centered, evidence-based treatment plans.
  • Treatment Execution: Performing a wide range of dental procedures, from basic care and non-surgical treatments to managing uncomplicated tooth extractions and minor oral surgical procedures.
