Master of Science in Clinical Laboratory Sciences

Specialized Knowledge: Proficiency in advanced laboratory methods, including molecular abnormalities and modern diagnostic technologies.

Research Competence: Ability to design research projects, analyze data using statistical tools, and translate findings into evidence-based practice.

Scientific Communication: Proficiency in scientific writing and the ability to present complex research to scientific audiences during thesis defense.

Professional Leadership: Development of leadership skills and ethical conduct necessary for managing clinical laboratory operations.

Problem Solving: Ability to evaluate scientific literature critically and apply advanced diagnostics to solve complex medical problems.

1. The applicant must have obtained a Bachelor’s degree in regular attendance in Clinical Laboratory Sciences or equivalent from health and scientific specialities related to King Saud University or any other recognized entity, with a grade no less than Good and a cumulative GPA of (2.75 out of 5) or its equivalent. “Applicants must contact the department to determine if their speciality is related before applying through the electronic admissions portal.”

2. The applicant must have scored at least (5) on the IELTS ACADEMIC test or its equivalent.
