A Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education is one of the academic programs offered by the Department of Educational Sciences in the Faculty of Arts and Sciences at Petra University. This program combines both academic and professional applied aspects. It includes a course called “Specialized Training” in its curriculum, where students have the opportunity to advance in a specific sport, whether it’s a team or individual sport. In addition to earning a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education, students will also obtain practical professional certificates such as swimming coach, football referee, basketball referee, or achieve black belts in disciplines like karate, taekwondo, or become a fitness and health trainer, among others. These professional certificates complement the academic track and provide students with significant opportunities to directly engage in the job market.
