Doctor of Business Administration

Upon graduation, students should be able to:

• Evaluate knowledge in the fields of business, management, technology, and other related areas necessary to produce research that expands the frontiers of knowledge.

• Develop statistical foundations and advanced experimental tools to design an appropriate research strategy for doctoral research that addresses practical problems.

• Apply rigorous and theoretically sound research skills while recognizing the limitations of specific research methods.

• Demonstrate competence in developing research proposals based on existing theories to derive new ideas and solutions for practical problems.

• Justify intellectual discourse with peers, the academic community, and other stakeholders through coherent writing (in written form), clear communication about the content of research and business articles, and participation as an independent presenter or discussant (orally).

• Exhibit contemporary standards of academic research and make an original contribution to knowledge and practice.

• Adhere to ethical principles, social responsibility, and sustainability throughout the research process.

• Propose innovative and insightful solutions to practical problems in diverse contexts with a high level of personal autonomy and accountability.
