Bachelor of Science in Nursing

Upon completion of the program, graduates will be able to:

• Acquire fundamental and comprehensive knowledge in nursing sciences, biomedical sciences, and the humanities to address the unique needs of individuals across different life stages, as well as families and communities in diverse settings.

• Apply ethical practices and adhere to legal standards within the scope of the nursing profession, ensuring the protection of patients’ rights and effective navigation of complex healthcare environments locally and globally.

• Communicate clearly and professionally with multidisciplinary teams, patients, and their families to foster collaboration, improve healthcare outcomes, and create a safe, patient-centered, and culturally sensitive care environment.

• Integrate research findings and clinical evidence into nursing practice to support critical decision-making, enhance quality of care, and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

• Advocate for public and community health by assessing population needs and developing preventive strategies aimed at promoting health and reducing disease within the community.

• Lead healthcare teams through the application of management strategies, motivating colleagues, and fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation, accountability, and optimal use of resources.
