The outcomes of the Ph.D. program in light of the UAE National Qualifications Framework can be categorized into three main areas:

- In terms of independence and responsibility, they can provide professional opinions for resolving legal issues.

- In terms of personal development, they adhere to the legal ethics when practicing law and serving in judicial roles.

Master degree in Law or related field with minimum GPA 3.5/4.0, English proficiency IELTS 7.0 or TOEFL iBT 94, professional experience in legal field, research proposal, personal interview with admission committee
