Program Description

The department striving to prepare distinguished teachers in physical education, qualify educational leaders in terms of vocational skills and researchers to work in related institution and provide services that meet community needs in the light of Islamic principles. 

Administrative & Leadership Skills:

  • Ability to manage sports organizations, commissions, and university-level sports activities.
  • Developing skills in self-development, commitment, and professional responsibility to lead teams effectively.

Operational Management:

  • Management of diverse sport and recreation events and large-scale facilities.
  • Application of scientific principles to solve current management problems within the sports sector.

Strategic & Commercial Proficiency:

  • Executing strategies for sports marketing and private sector investment.
  • Integrating sports disciplines with related business and administrative fields to meet labor market needs.

Research & Evaluation:

  • Using applied scientific research methods to analyze and improve organizational performance.
  • Evaluating and codifying physical programs and managing systems for quality assurance.
  • Composite Score: Admission is based on a weighted average: 30% High School GPA, 30% Qudurat, and 40% Tahsili.
  • Fitness Test: Unlike coaching tracks, the leadership track focuses more on academics, but passing a general medical fitness exam is required.
  • Major Placement: Admission to the major occurs after the Common First Year, typically requiring a cumulative GPA above 3.0/5.0.
