Program Description

Aims to graduate specialists in information technology and cybersecurity capable of deploying effective techniques and implementing security solutions

Upon graduation, the student will be able to demonstrate the following:

  • The ability to use the techniques, skills, and tools necessary for the practice of cybersecurity.

  • The ability to apply knowledge of computing and mathematics appropriate to the program’s outcomes and field of study.

  • The ability to analyze a problem, and identify and define the computing requirements appropriate to its solution.

  • The ability to design, implement, and evaluate computer systems, components, or programs to meet desired needs.

  • The ability to function effectively on teams to accomplish a common goal.

  • An understanding of professional, ethical, legal, security, and social responsibilities.

  • The ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of audiences.

  • The ability to analyze the local and global impact of computing on individuals, organizations, and society.

  • The ability to engage in continuing professional development.

  • The ability to use the techniques, skills, and tools necessary for the practice of computing.

UAE High School Certificate with 80% for Scientific Track or 90% for General Track, English proficiency (IELTS 5.0 or TOEFL 500 or EmSAT 1100), pass Mathematics and Sciences exam with 800 or higher
