Program Description

Providing distinguished education and innovative research that serve the community in the field of educational administration, and contributing to the preparation of educational leaders through a motivating environment and the optimal utilization of capabilities and resources.

1. Core Leadership Competencies

  • Strategic Planning: Ability to develop and execute long-term goals for educational institutions in line with Saudi Vision 2030.
  • Organizational Theory: Deep understanding of how schools and universities function as complex social systems.
2. Operational Management
  • Resource Allocation: Mastery of managing human capital, school facilities, and educational budgets.
  • Digital Governance: Proficiency in using modern administrative software and data analytics to track institutional performance.
3. Supervision and Evaluation
  • Staff Development: Skills to mentor educators and implement effective Educational Supervision techniques.
  • Quality Assurance: Ability to apply national accreditation standards to ensure academic excellence.
4. Research and Problem Solving
  • Evidence-Based Practice: Utilizing scientific research methods to identify and solve administrative hurdles within the Saudi educational landscape.
  • Policy Analysis: Critically evaluating local and international educational policies to propose data-driven improvements.
5. Ethical and Professional Values
  • Integrity: Adhering to the Ministry of Education’s code of ethics regarding transparency and accountability.

  • High School Performance: A high school diploma with a minimum overall grade of “Very Good” (typically 90% or higher) is generally required.
  • Standardized Tests: Saudi applicants must provide scores for the General Aptitude Test (GAT) and the Scholastic Achievement Admission Test (SAAT).
  • Age and Fitness: Applicants should be between 17 and 25 years old and must pass a medical fitness examination.
