Program Description

The program aims to develop students’ mental and intellectual abilities in understanding model construction contracts, achieved by studying and analyzing common model contracts. This can be attained through analytical and professional thinking, enabling the student to identify the strengths and weaknesses of models by reviewing practical problems in the management and implementation of contracts.

  1. Knowledge of the different branches of law and related terminology.
  2. Keeping abreast of legal developments, and following up on legislative developments in addition to jurisprudence and doctrines.
  3. Developing critical scientific thinking skills, and the ability to analyze, criticize, evaluate and express legal opinions.
  4. Employing theoretical information in practical applications, and the ability to solve problems.
  5. Adapting legal relations in accordance with their nature and knowledge of the legal systems, jurisdiction of courts and procedures followed before them.
  6. Drafting legal texts and contracts at the national and international levels.
  7. Providing legal advice to those who request it, including individuals and entities, and the ability to plead before various judicial authorities with skill and excellence.
  8. Employing modern technology and information technology in various legal knowledge areas.
  9. Writing legal research according to the approved legal research methods and principles.
  10. Follow the rules of ethics, trustworthiness, integrity and honesty when practicing the legal professions.

Minimum 65% in Scientific, Scientific – Medical Field, Scientific – Engineering Field, Scientific – Pure Sciences Field, Literary, Comprehensive Health Education, Informatics Administration, Sharia, Commercial, Hotel, Household Economy, Nursing.
